An interest in fashion and sewing led Olivia Wildz to get a degree in costume design and construction at the University of Texas Austin. Her love of Louisiana took her back to New Orleans where she began to research and take photographs of the clothes of the two sisters Flora and Piroska Gellert (Nita and Zita). Olivia has designed costumes for several original plays such as Kerthy Fixx's Heaving Shadows at the Skin Show, which opened at the Vortex Theater in Austin before moving to Chicago. Olivia has shown her original lines of clothing and in fashion shows such as the Karaoke fashion show and the Renegade Mobil Fashion Spectacle, presented in New Orleans and Cophenhagen. Olivia resides in New York City and New Orleans.
