RUTH MARGRAFF
Ruth Margraff is the recipient of a 2006 Fulbright lecture/research Award in new opera to Greece. A playwright/librettist, Ruth Margraff, is also a former faculty member of Yale School of Drama, Brown's MFA Program of Literary Arts, UT Austin's Michener Center for Writers with master class experience in teaching playwriting all over the world including India, Serbia, Hungary, Slovenia, Greece, Ireland, Turkey, etc. She is an alumnus of New Dramatists, a McKnight National commissioned playwright with the Playwrights Center, and a member of League of Professional Theater Women and Theater Without Borders and is represented by Susan Schulman. She is currently writing a commission for the Rockefeller Foundation and Apollo/BAM and working on publishing projects for American Theater, Performing Arts Journal/TCG, Brandeis and the Romanian Cultural Institute.
